Engineer with 19 years experience in engineering projects gained as project engineer/project management and operations coordinator on the following projects:

QA/QC of reports for construction supervision services for two hospitals in Freetown and six provincial CHCs
Feasibility study for Public Market/Business Park and Shopping Mall
Feasibility study for start-up of iron ore mining operation
Dredge and mineral processing plants construction
Jetty and facilities design
Power generation, supply and distribution
Water supply and distribution

Have experience with donor funded (World Bank, AfDB and MCC/MCCU) projects proposal (Technical and Financial) development, document control and technical coordination. Activities include development of Company technical and financial proposals, expressions of interest, tender documents, drafting of contracts and general correspondence with clients as key projects contact person. Have been involved with planning, implementation and supervision of several works involving World Bank, AfDB, MCC/MCCU and other donor funded projects and also installation of lightning arrestors, maintenance of air conditioning and generator systems.

Was the Project Engineer on the Design and Construction of a 1100mtph, 24 Cu. ft. Bucket Line Dredge and Treatment Plant and a 600mtph, 12 Cu. Ft Bucket Line Dredge and Treatment Plant respectively at Sierra Rutile Ltd.

Developed skills with general computer systems operation, including networking, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software components, especially Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Application packages.
