Africa50 and Hecate Global Renewables (HGR) are working on developing and financing the Bumpe 50 MW solar PV facility including battery energy storage systems (BESS) capacity near the Bikongor substation in the Kono District of Eastern Sierra Leone. CEMMATS has been subcontracted RSK Environmental Ltd for the provision of a full suite of international-lender-standard ESIA and RAP services, supporting the Client to achieve financial close for the project.
