Pee Cee Agriculture has commenced the developmental phase of its 646 hectares of land, bordered by five villages, at Mathen section of Lokomasama chiefdom of Port Loko district.

The company conducted an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the project in 2023. As part of the ESIA, an Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan was developed, which called for the development of a Life and Fire Safety Risk Assessment as a sustainability component of the project. CEMMATS was contracted to conduct a comprehensive fire safety assessment to comply with national requirements and international guidance.
