Planet Solar required an Independent Environmental & Social Consultant (IESC) for the four (4) Planet One Energy Sierra Leone Limited Solar Power Plants totaling 50MW in Bo, Kono, Makoth and Port Loko. The exercise involved reviewing the Project’s existing ESMS documents and its progress on individual ESAP items via document exchanges, online meetings with Project and corporate personnel, and site visits. CEMMATS was subcontracted to MFC to provide local support and conduct quarterly site visits.
