CEMMATS was contracted to undertake an ESIA and RAP on the Bekongkor III Hydropower and Transmission Line project in Kenema District. The Hydropower scheme is planned to have an installed capacity of 120MW, and will involve the installation of a 35km transmission line. The project area is along the Sewa River in the Gorama Mende Chiefdom of Kenema District, Eastern Sierra Leone.
