Sylthea is an Electrical Electronics Engineer with 15 years of experience. She worked for Shandong Steel former African Minerals for 5 years in the ITC department. Her last three years she was the Assistant Service Desk Manager for Pepel. She is currently employed at CEMMATS as the manager for The Strategic Planning & Quality Control Unit. This unit is to monitor all the different departments in terms of quality control. This unit will enhance the efficient performance of departments in the organization.

She is responsible for the Strategic planning and marketing of the company. To develop and direct the strategic and long-range goals of the organization including proposals to enter new markets and to expand existing market presence. She has the mandate from the MD to manage the progress of all the projects and reports directly to the MD. Assisting the Manager of Project Eng. & Admin. Support Services in the implementation, maintenance and coordination of the company’s management information systems and in project planning and monitoring duties and providing business support to the Managing Director.
