The work includes the implementation of an appropriate valuation methodology, as well as the inspection, assessment, and valuation of the identified assets. Buildings and Structures; Machinery and Equipment (including Electrical, Mechanical, and Process Infrastructure); and Other Assets have been categorized to facilitate assessment.

The primary operations and maintenance personnel at the site were consulted regarding the operational condition, maintenance history, and performance of the various equipment and facilities as part of the exercise. The assets were physically inspected. Additionally, pertinent technical data and equipment specifications were acquired and documented to facilitate the valuation process.
